Hertha BSC must continue to tremble: After the surprising 2: 2 of VfB Stuttgart at the German champions FC Bayern Munich, the whereabouts of the Berliners in the Bundesliga are still not certain.
Hertha could only have celebrated prematurely if Munich won.
Next Saturday (3:30 p.m. / Sky), coach Felix Magath’s team has to prevent the fall to 16th place and the associated relegation against the third in the second division on the last day of the game.
Berlin - Hertha had missed the rescue on their own due to the 1: 2 against Mainz 05 on Saturday.
The Berliners still have a lead of three points over Stuttgart, so a draw in Dortmund would be enough to stay up in the league.
However, since the Swabians have the significantly better goal difference, Hertha would end the season in 16th place if they lost against Dortmund and Stuttgart won against 1. FC Köln.
The relegation games are on May 19th and 23rd.
The Bundesliga club initially has home rights.
