The test results showed that the illness among the tenants was due to an infection in the meat, which was caused by poor treatment of it.
33 residents fell ill as part of the food poisoning outbreak, nine were evacuated to hospital for treatment and six were hospitalized.
Three patients died, one at the institution and two at the hospital.
The report of the control team was forwarded to the Ministry of Welfare and the police.
