Mizintsev had revealed yesterday that the regime forces in Kyiv booby-trapped the water tank of the Kurakhovskaya electrothermal station in the city of Pokrovsky in the Donetsk People's Republic to blow it up, disable the station and flood the nearby villages and towns, accusing the Russian army of doing so.
