Russia dropped a bomb Saturday afternoon on the Donbass school where around 90 people had taken refuge, according to the governor of the Luhansk region.
The fire engulfed the building in the village of Bilohorivka, killing at least two people, Serhiy Gaidai said on Telegram on Sunday.
Around 30 people were rescued, but around 60 still remain under the rubble.
