Vicky White, 56, and Casey White, 38, who are not related, have known each other since at least 2020 and had developed a romantic relationship, the sheriff previously told CNN.
Prior to her disappearance, Vicky White had announced her plans to retire and had sold her home for well below market value.
He now has an active warrant for his arrest for allegedly intentionally allowing or facilitating escape.
