In the video: MK Pindros My dream is to blow up the Supreme Court building (Yaki Adamkar)

After the storm he provoked following his statement at the Independence Night panel, MK Yitzhak Pindros does not retract his remarks.

"I have no regrets," he told Walla!

Member of Knesset.

"The Supreme Court should be collapsed, it's an institution that interferes."

"There is a discussion in principle here of how I see the State of Israel and what the vision is, and the Supreme Court is not part of that vision," the Knesset member explained.

"I explained my position in the best way, do you think I'm playing? I think politically correct?"

On the other hand, the chairman of Torah Judaism, Moshe Gafni, was less determined and claimed: "We are against violence, he did not mean it and it is quite clear."

Justice Minister Gideon Saar attacked Pindros' remarks, saying at the beginning of his faction meeting that "his remarks are more serious. They express a longing, a 'dream' in his words, - a nightmare in my eyes - for a country without independent judicial authority."

"It's not a dispute over the Supreme Court's path, judicial activism or aspiration for changes in the justice system. It's far beyond that," Saar said.

"Make no mistake, it's not just a dream. It's a work plan of large parts of this house that will work for realization if they have the power. They say it openly. You just have to listen."

Was less determined.

Earlier today it was published in Walla!

The harsh statement of MK Pindros.

In the documentation, he argued at the hearing that his ambition is to further strengthen Torah studies in the state and not necessarily to include ultra-Orthodox in key positions in the state leadership as in court because Torah study has more influence.

He spoke out against the Supreme Court and said: "You know what my dream is? To bring D9 and blow up this building. Not to put my judges there. That's my dream."

He had previously said that his role as a Member of Knesset was "to correct the people of Israel by establishing another Torah" and "not by the Supreme Court," as he put it.

Foreign Minister Yair Lapid also condemned Pindros' remarks, saying at the beginning of his faction's meeting: "Ugly and obscene and dangerous things, also a reminder of what the Bibi Ben Gvir Pindros government will look and hear and what it brings to the Israeli table and why it is important for this government to continue the good work it does."
