Oldenburg – A pedelec driver died in a serious traffic accident in Oldenburg.
He died in the hospital on Monday night, the police announced on Monday (05/09/2022).
According to the information, the 51-year-old initially collided with an e-scooter on Sunday evening, the driver of which had gotten onto the wrong side of the road when turning.
Although the collision was light, both men fell.
A third person involved on a motorcycle could no longer brake and then rolled over the fallen pedelec rider.
The police determined that the seriously injured man was drunk.
The drivers of the scooter and motorcycle were slightly injured in the traffic accident.
