After years of anticipation, doubts and questions, Rockstar officially announced just last February that GTA 6 is in the development stages and the new title in the mythological series is on its way to us.
Since then the rumors just keep popping up and we get quite a few leaks, like last month's report claiming that the GTA 6 game engine would be considered revolutionary and ahead of its time.
We are now exposed to a new rumor circulating in a post on Reddit where we are presented with a picture that allegedly reveals the games that distributor Take-Two plans to release over the next few years, and there is also the game GTA VI (6) with the caption "Second half of 2024" within the release date.

Since to this day we have not received an official announcement from Rockstar or Take-Two it is important to take this "leak" on a limited basis, and at first quite a few users thought it was a real picture leaked to the net, but slowly suspicions began to grow as they began to pay attention to small details.
Between NBA 2K23 which is released every year (and there is no reason to think that it will not be released next year) you can also find the mobile game Red Dead: Gunslinger (which will be released during spring 2023) and a new game in the Mafia: Primordial series (which will be released during 2023). So they are in development over the last few months, but have not yet been officially announced.
Also the fact that games that have been officially approved and are supposed to be present on the list are not there, like Marvel's Midnight Suns or the fourth title in the Bioshock series that was announced several months ago.

Another part of the picture that suspects and raises quite a few eyebrows is the reference to Max Payne's makemakers who were also officially announced just last month, and refers to them as the complete collection of the entire trilogy (Max Payne: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition), but in fact the official announcement referred only For the first two games in the series, without the third game.
In addition, the fact that the image attributes the name Definitive to the game suggests that these are not remakes of the games from the ground up as initially announced, but improved versions that only include support for modern resolutions and innovations and adjustments - as it did with the GTA trilogy released a few months ago.
So will we really get GTA 6 during the second half of 2024?
Given that GTA 6 is in development long before it is officially announced, there is a very reasonable chance that this is indeed a reasonable date.
Take-Two is due to release its financial reports next week (May 16), and hopefully we'll even get a shred of information on the subject. The players in anticipation of official details on the subject.
