Commissioned in September 2019, Véligo allows, for a period of six months, to test an electric bike, for 40 euros monthly.
This service has been entrusted by Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), the organizing authority for transport in the Ile-de-France region, to Fluow, a group of four companies (La Poste, Transdev, Vélogik and Cyclez)
until 2025. Fluow has benefited from an envelope of 111 million euros for six years, paid by IDFM.
And its annual operating cost (maintenance, structure, marketing, etc.) amounts to 10 million euros.
