As for the 93 new buildings on the list, Yuen Long District has the largest number, followed by Sham Shui Po District and Sha Tin District.
There are many luxury and middle-class housing estates in the newly reported buildings, such as Manhattan Hill in Mei Foo, Royal Dragon Hill in Fo Tan, Blue Bay Peninsula in Siu Sai Wan, and Oasis Kai Tak in Kai Tak.

Yuen Long District adds 10 new buildings on the list, and more than half of them are located in the suburbs
Among the 18 districts, Yuen Long District has 177 buildings on the list, of which 10 are new ones. The number of confirmed buildings and the number of new buildings are the largest in Hong Kong.
Among the newly-listed buildings in the district, 3 of them are located in urban areas, including Block 2 of Hui King Heen, Golden Horse Building and Tsing Long Building of Long Jing Village, while the rest are housing estates or village houses located in the suburbs, such as Shiba Heung Jinyao, Zhenxing New Village 32, Shuijiao Laowei, Shuiliutian, etc.
As for Sha Tin District, a total of 175 buildings have been diagnosed in the past 14 days.
