Ingredients

  • For confiscation:

    • ¼ Olive oil

    • 5 cloves of garlic slices

    • 1 carrot sliced ​​in a peeler into thin strips

    • 1 green hot pepper sliced ​​lengthwise

    • 2 pcs dried hot pepper

    • 2 as a tomato paste

    • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika

    • 1 cumin

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 buckwheat

    • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil

    • 1 cup chopped coriander

  • To serve:

    • 2 challah rolls

    • 4-6 fried / baked eggplant slices

Preparation

How to make harima tuna?

  • 1 Heat a wide, flat pot (sauté) with the olive oil.

    Add garlic, carrots and peppers and fry while stirring for about 3 minutes.

  • 2 Add tomato paste and dry spices, mix and fry for another 2 minutes.

  • 3 Pour water and bring to a boil.

    Add the tuna, stir and transfer to a low heat.

  • Sprinkle coriander on top and cook uncovered for about 8 minutes.

  • 5 Serve hot in a challah bun with fried / baked eggplant slices and chopped green onions.
