Harima tuna in a bun (Starkist)
You can not believe how the canned tuna becomes the most delicious confiscation you have ever eaten.
It is simply meant to get into the spicy red sauce.
Apart from the taste, the great advantage of this dish is that it is prepared from ingredients that are in every neighborhood grocery store or even in a pantry at home.
In less than twenty minutes, you get a pot with harima tuna in a rich and thick sauce, which must be put in a soft and fresh challah bun that will absorb all the flavors.

Ingredients
For confiscation:
¼ Olive oil
5 cloves of garlic slices
1 carrot sliced in a peeler into thin strips
1 green hot pepper sliced lengthwise
2 pcs dried hot pepper
2 as a tomato paste
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 buckwheat
2 cans of tuna in olive oil
1 cup chopped coriander
To serve:
2 challah rolls
4-6 fried / baked eggplant slices

Preparation
How to make harima tuna?
1 Heat a wide, flat pot (sauté) with the olive oil.
Add garlic, carrots and peppers and fry while stirring for about 3 minutes.
2 Add tomato paste and dry spices, mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
3 Pour water and bring to a boil.
Add the tuna, stir and transfer to a low heat.
Sprinkle coriander on top and cook uncovered for about 8 minutes.
5 Serve hot in a challah bun with fried / baked eggplant slices and chopped green onions.
