The head of the Russian Defense Center Mikhail Mezintsev announced that the forces of the regime authorities in Kyiv have turned three schools into fire points and weapons depots in eastern Ukraine.

Russia Today quoted Mezintsev as saying: “The Ukrainian Nazis equipped a military headquarters in the village of Slabaginskaya in the Kharkov region and in the building of Secondary School No. 1, deployed tanks and armored personnel carriers in the vicinity and booby-trapped the roads leading to the school. They also prepared another headquarters in a building

A school on Poltavskaya Street in Mogilev-Podolsky, Vinnytsia region,” noting that Ukrainian soldiers threatened civilians with physical violence and expelled women, children and the elderly from the school’s shelter and turned it into an ammunition depot in Lyschansk, Lugansk People’s Republic.

On the other hand, Mizintsev stressed that the Russian forces treat civilians with humanity, unlike the armed formations in Ukraine that use hospitals, residential buildings, churches, kindergartens, health camps, schools and other civilian facilities to shelter their fighters and deploy weapons there.

Yesterday, Mizintsev announced that the Ukrainian nationalists had prepared fortifications and an ammunition depot in the vicinity of the building of the 22nd Regional Children's Hospital in Kharkov and forced the hospital staff and all civilians, including seriously ill children, to leave the medical facility under threat of violence.
