Shortly thereafter, the prosecution announced that they were investigating a journalist and the minister.

The Minister responsible, Winfried Hermann (Greens), wants to have his further developed Public Transport Strategy 2030 approved.
Its central goal is to double the number of passengers in public transport by 2030 compared to 2010.
But that will be expensive and it is not certain whether the Greens and CDU will make money for it in view of the rather gloomy financial prospects.
Hermann therefore reminded the heads of the coalition on Monday: "The coalition agreement consists not only of savings, but also of investments." dpa
