Geretsried - After the original date in March was postponed, the nationwide siren alarm will now take place this Thursday, May 12th.
At 11 a.m. at the locations in Geretsried and Gelting, a disaster alarm is triggered in the district.
In addition, a test warning message is sent with the warning app Nina.
The unanimous howl is triggered when there is a serious threat to public safety.
Then you have to turn on the radio and listen for announcements.
The test alarm is intended to sensitize the population to this case.
