When an arrest warrant is discovered, the situation escalates.
Nuremberg – Because a passenger in an ICE constantly refused to wear the prescribed FFP2 mask, he was expelled from the train at Nuremberg Central Station by a train attendant.
The situation escalated when the federal police discovered an open arrest warrant against the 31-year-old Pole.

The affected ICE 603 drove from Bamberg towards Nuremberg.
When the accused passenger vehemently refused to put on an FFP2 mask, a train attendant at Nuremberg Central Station referred him to the train in the early evening of May 9th.
In order to enforce the eviction, she called the federal police.
These enforced the dismissal of the reluctant man.
The officers then checked the identity of the 31-year-old.
It turned out that the suspect was wanted on an arrest warrant and was serving a 65-day prison sentence, according to the police report.

After arrest: Mask refuser attacks federal police officers
When the open arrest warrant came out, the police officers explained the situation to the man and took him to the nearest federal police station.
When they entered the building together, the man suddenly punched a 53-year-old police officer and, according to the police report, "vigorously" resisted the arrest.
Only after the use of pepper spray could the 31-year-old be overpowered and taken to the custody room.
The arrested man was taken to a correctional facility on Tuesday.
The federal police opened a preliminary investigation into physical assault and resistance against law enforcement officers and bodily harm.
According to the police report, administrative offense proceedings were also initiated for violating the obligation to wear masks on trains.
