"I met you at the Western Wall, when I came to visit Israel from London with my family, an ultra-Orthodox family from the Belz Hasidim. This is the first time in my life that I saw a soldier. I asked to be photographed with you and you agreed," Eckstein said.
"I kept that picture with me for years. She accompanied me when I returned to the question, when I made aliyah alone, and when I decided to enlist. The truth is that to this day I walk around with it in the pocket of my first uniform.

The operators of the Facebook page asked the surfers to help the fighter close the circle, and they happily responded.
11,000 likes were registered for the post, along with close to 8,000 shares and about 600 comments.
