Alice Schwarzer accuses the Ukrainian President Zelenskyj of provoking the Ukraine war.
It is above all she who provokes, comments Mike Schier.
Munich - Sunday has been a normal day of war since the Russian invasion of Ukraine: Vladimir Putin's troops bombed a school in the Luhansk region, killing 60 people.
As if that message wasn't clear enough, the Russian president will be flexing his muscles with nuclear weapons at the military parade in Moscow on Monday.
And what does Alice Schwarzer say about this?
She regrets that the President "does not stop provoking".
Only she does not mean Putin, but the Ukrainian Volodymyr Zelenskyj.
Alice Schwarzer during the Ukraine war: The latest statement is hard to bear
No, to be a pacifist you don't have to be a friend of heavy weapon deliveries.
Unlike in Russia, dissenting opinions are allowed in our democracy.
But Schwarzer's latest statement is hard to take because it confuses cause and effect.
It is Putin who murders, tortures and rapes.
This is the ultimate provocation!
The voice of despair speaks primarily from Zelenskyj.
In the domestic political debate, it is primarily black people who provoke.
The woman, who recently played hardly any role in social issues, is perhaps simply getting too much attention.
Because now would actually be the moment when the German discussion could calm down: the federal government has readjusted its hesitant attitude on the weapons issue.
Trouble with Kyiv has calmed down.
Olaf Scholz is trying to better communicate his politics.
The direction is right – at least until Putin comes up with something new.
