Russian Ambassador to Poland Sergey Andreev stressed that the attack on him and other Russian diplomats at the military cemetery of Soviet soldiers in Warsaw on D-Day was not an automatic act.
Andreev told Russia's Channel One today: "There is no logical explanation for this... I cannot believe that there was any automatic process... Poland has highly qualified and specialized services in the field of security," noting that all of this was prepared over a long period and this is not Easy feat.
Andreev added: I cannot believe that the preparations were made without the knowledge and without oversight of the relevant Polish services.
