Aleppo-Sana
The council of the town of al-Haramal al-Imam in the city of Deir Hafer in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, in cooperation with the civil society in the village of al-Mazdora, carried out asphalting and paving works on the road that connects the village to the town of al-Haramal with a length of 6 kilometers and an estimated value of 600 million Syrian pounds.
Dr. Kameet Assi Al-Sheikh, a member of the Executive Office of the Aleppo Provincial Council, indicated in a statement to SANA reporter the importance of dedicating a culture of civil society cooperation with government institutions to serve population centers in rural areas and improve their infrastructure, especially the transportation network and roads that facilitate the transportation of agricultural crops.
Hassan al-Ali, head of the al-Haramal al-Imam town council, explained that the road implementation work comes within the scope of activating civil and participatory work between the people, service institutions and the administrative unit, where the villagers took the initiative to help implement the road and provide support to them with the mechanisms of the town council and the Technical Services Directorate to complete this vital road.
A number of people stressed the importance of civil work in improving services and preparing to contribute to the implementation of more projects that serve the village.
