The Iraqi Security Media Cell announced the killing of 9 members of the terrorist organization "ISIS" by detonating a tunnel in Jabal Karaw, Kirkuk Governorate, northern Iraq.
In a statement carried by the Iraqi News Agency, the cell stated that, "through a security operation, the security forces in the northwest of Kirkuk province were able to detonate a tunnel in Jabal Karaw, inside which about 9 ISIS terrorist gang members are holed up, as all of these elements were eliminated during the operation."
The statement added: "According to the available information, these terrorist elements, who were eliminated, participated in the attack on a military point last April."
Yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested three terrorists in Kirkuk, in the north of the country.
