Defendant Su Lelin (20 years old, transport worker) was charged with two counts of obtaining property by deception and possessing false documents, alleging that on May 8, 2022, he used deception at the lobby of Cheung Sha Wan MTR station to sell two On the grounds of fake concert tickets, dishonestly obtained HK$10,000 from a woman Cao Yingqi, with the intention of depriving Cao of her property permanently; and on the same day and in the same place, he knew or believed the relevant false documents, namely four fake concert tickets, which were false, and keep the instrument without legal authority or excuse.

The prosecution did not object to the defendant's bail, and the magistrate allowed the defendant to bail at HK$3,000. During the period, he was not allowed to leave Hong Kong.
