The Polytechnic University plans to build a three-storey green platform at the Hung Hom Tunnel Toll Plaza, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. Community facilities are available for public use and can also be connected to multiple exits such as MTR Hung Hom Station, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, Hong Kong Coliseum, ICON and PolyU main campus.

The proposed green platform is mainly divided into three floors, and there will be two indoor all-weather bus waiting rooms on the ground floor.

According to the documents submitted by PolyU to the District Council, the proposed green platform is mainly divided into three floors. The ground floor will have two indoor all-weather bus waiting rooms, while the podium and middle floors will have a total of about 24,300 square meters of outdoor areas. The green space consists of seven theme parks, among which many trees will be planted in the outdoor green space, hoping to provide the citizens with a space with fresh air.

On the platform level, there is a multi-level public observation deck extending from the CHT toll plaza to the waterfront to connect to the Victoria Harbour. There are retail and catering facilities in the observation deck to enhance the public's viewing experience of the Victoria Harbour. An oval covered multi-purpose space for exhibition purposes.

PolyU proposes to provide a number of outdoor facilities in the green space on this floor for public enjoyment, such as an amphitheatre, trampoline park, kitchen garden, observation deck, etc.

The mid-level will house retail and dining spaces, as well as several multi-purpose community spaces for community members to hold exhibitions or events.

The pedestrian passage on this floor is also connected by existing and new pedestrian bridges, which can directly lead to 11 exits such as PolyU campus, Hong Kong Museum, and MTR Hung Hom Station.

The Polytechnic University stated in the document that the Hung Hom District where the campus is located has many people and vehicles, poor air quality, overloaded pedestrian bridge usage, lack of large green parks and cultural and recreational facilities, etc. It is expected that the MTR East Rail Line crossing the sea next Sunday ( After the opening to traffic on the 15th), the situation will intensify. It is hoped that the green platform can alleviate the environmental pollution such as air and noise caused by the intensive traffic flow of the CHT toll plaza, as well as the inconvenience of traffic caused by the division of the toll plaza.

After the team project received funding from the Jockey Club Charities Trust last year, an engineering consultant was hired to conduct a project development study to determine the technical feasibility of the project.

PolyU terminates its recognition of the student union's need to suspend the school name, relocate more than 80 organizations from the campus, or affect the conflict at PolyU|Police revealed the location of the blocked area in Yau Ma Tei, successfully intercepted 213 people, 16-year-old boy pleaded guilty, PolyU student pleaded guilty to inciting separatism Monthly sentenced to 5 years in prison by national security law
