The authorities of the Belgorod region in western Russia announced that one person was killed and at least three wounded, as a village on the border of Ukraine was bombed by Kyiv forces.
Russia Today quoted the provincial governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, as saying on his Telegram channel: that the bombing targeted the village of Solukhi, killing one person and wounding three others who were receiving necessary medical treatment, noting that the situation is worse since the bombing operations began.
The bombing also resulted in the partial destruction of at least one house in the village.
And this is not the first time that areas in the Russian provinces of Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk on the border of Ukraine have been bombed from the territory of Ukraine, as Moscow continues its military operation to protect Donbass.
