Only one title was enough for FC Bayern this season.
Nevertheless, there should be celebrations at Marienplatz - with restrictions.
Attention fans of the record champions: on Sunday (May 15) FC Bayern's championship celebrations will take place at Marienplatz.
The team is scheduled to arrive at City Hall at around 1:30 p.m., where they will first be received by Mayor Dieter Reiter (the SPD politician is a self-confessed supporter) in the large meeting room.

Then Joshua Kimmich and colleagues appear on the town hall balcony.
“For security reasons, barriers are being prepared at all entrances to Marienplatz within a radius of up to 300 meters around the town hall, which will be put into effect depending on the rush.
A ban on glass and pyrotechnics applies to the entire event area on Sunday from 9 a.m., and bicycles are also not allowed,” the city informed in advance.
Also relevant for “bystanders”: Bicycles parked in the event area will be removed.
In addition, there will be bag checks at the entrances. "It is best not to take large bags and backpacks with you in the first place," according to the city.

"As soon as Marienplatz is full, subways will stop"
The Rindermarkt, Fischbrunnen and Dienerstrasse subway exits will remain closed during the festivities.
"However, there will be disruptions during the course of the event, especially in the Marienplatz area," the city is already warning.
Twitter is to be used to provide detailed information about the specific closures.
"As soon as Marienplatz is full, subways will no longer stop," the message reads.
Which could lead to a further burden: Due to a main line closure, no S-Bahn trains will run this weekend.
