After a two-month break linked to the British local elections, London and Brussels have resumed talking about the implementation of the Northern Irish protocol.
Namely this provision of the withdrawal agreement which provides for customs and health checks between England and Northern Ireland in order to avoid the return to a hard border between the two Irelands and which London has refused to apply for month.
