The representative of the forces of the Lugansk People's Republic Andrey Maruchko revealed that evidence of a Ukrainian chemical attack on the territory of the republic was transferred to the Russian Investigative Committee, noting that after the liberation of the entire republic, these facts will be made public.
Sputnik quoted Maruchko as saying in a statement today that "about 3 years ago, we recorded that unmanned aerial vehicles dropped unknown materials on towns in Lugansk," stressing that there is indeed a biological laboratory for the Ukrainian authorities on the territory of the republic.
Igor Kirillov, head of the chemical and biological radiation protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces, had earlier announced that a network of more than 30 biological laboratories had been formed on the territory of Ukraine that worked for the US Department of Defense (Pentagon).
