"Aktenzeichen XY International" - The Dutch police are asking German witnesses to come forward in the event of a dead body in the dunes in the Netherlands.
Egmond aan Zee - The Dutch police are urgently looking for three German tourists who could help solve a crime, according to a press release from "Aktenzeichen XY".
In the ZDF program of May 11, 2022, camera recordings of an alleged German couple were shown, which may contribute to the investigation.

A 56-year-old Dutchman from the city of Alkmaar took the bus to the neighboring village of Egmond aan Zee on the morning of April 17, 2022, as the camera footage from the "Aktenzeichen XY" program shows.
The town on the Dutch North Sea coast, just under 40 kilometers from Amsterdam, is also a popular travel destination for German tourists.
A few kilometers away in the afternoon, the body of a 56-year-old restaurant worker was found by a German tourist in the dunes.
In addition to his clothes, a knee bandage and his backpack are missing.
The Dutch police are asking the German witness to come forward.

Five days later, a 29-year-old suspect from the village was arrested, as the ZDF moderator of the program "Aktenzeichen XY" Rudi Cerne reports.
However, it is still being determined whether the suspect is actually involved in the crime.
