Defendant Guan Weipeng (28 years old, PhD student in mechanical engineering of the University of Hong Kong), is accused of indecently assaulting woman X in the escalator on the LG floor on January 26, 2022 at the Centennial Campus of the University of Hong Kong, Pok Fu Lam Road, Western District.

The accused's bail conditions also included no direct or indirect access to prosecution witnesses.
