It is not just a matter of form that Türkgücü Munich is hosting a few regional league games in the SC Fürstenfeldbruck stadium.
Fürstenfeldbruck – As Mayor Erich Raff explained when asked by Georg Jacobs (CSU) in the Main and Finance Committee, the city, as the owner of the stadium on Klosterstrasse, must also give its consent.
Because there were also special agreements with other guest appearances in Bruck - for example by the Munich Lions or FC Ingolstadt.
You need these documents
Raff referred to a 25-page letter from the Bavarian Football Association (BFV), which lists the documents Türkgücü must submit.
This includes confirmations from building supervision, for fire protection, but also for rescue and medical services.
“These opinions must all be obtained.
The city has to be involved in that.”
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular FFB newsletter.)
Raff said he had no problem with other clubs wanting to play in Fürstenfeldbruck, but that had to be sorted out.
When asked by the Tagblatt, the Mayor emphasized that Türkgücü has not yet spoken directly to a city representative.
There was just an email from the president thanking them, but no official request as to whether the club could use the stadium.
The right of use
According to Raff, the contract of use between the city of Fürstenfeldbruck and the SCF stipulates that the club may use the stadium for its own purposes.
This is the youth game operation as well as the first and second teams.
A transfer of the right of use to other clubs was not agreed in the contract.
At the meeting, Georg Jacobs suggested that the committee for integration, social affairs, youth and sport discuss whether Türkgücü should even play in the county seat.
Andreas Lohde (CSU) wanted the SCF to first democratically legitimize its presidency.
Then the club could approach the city.
