The Fantastic Four appear as ducks in Mickey Mouse Magazine - "For us, that's a real accolade"

Attention hip-hop fans and comic fans: The Fantastischen Vier are giving their first concert in Mickey Mouse Magazine.
The magazine will be published on May 13th.
Stuttgart - The new Micky Maus Magazin, which will be on newsstands from May 13, combines a dream of hip-hop and comic fans: The Fantastischen Vier experience a musical adventure in the special edition.
The occasion is the 33rd anniversary of the band.
Readers are immersed in a story in which the group from Stuttgart pays a visit to Duckburg in person - and has a turbulent time there.
The story was dreamed up by frontman Smudo and his daughter Amy, as reported
by BW24
.
“Amy, the band and I are huge Duckburg fans and we had a blast developing the story,” says Smudo.
"It's different than writing lyrics, but we just incorporated our hits into the story.
For us, it's a real accolade to be able to play along with your own story in Duckburg - really with duckbill and everything that goes with it."
The Fantastic Four: Your first appearance in Mickey Mouse Magazine flops
A little foretaste for everyone who is already curious about the story: In the Fanta 4 story, Scrooge McDuck dreams of increasing his wealth as a music manager.
But since he doesn't understand anything about the business and the witch Gundel Gaukeley has her fingers in the pie, the band's first gig is a flop.
Tick, Trick and Track quickly took over the marketing and the band celebrated their huge breakthrough in Duckburg.

Issue 11/22 of Micky Maus Magazin will be published on Friday, May 13, and is available for EUR 3.99 in stores and online in the Egmont Shop at https://www.egmont-shop.de/micky.
In "real life", the Fantastischen Vier, like the rest of the music industry, recently had to deal with the consequences of the corona pandemic - and had to postpone some performances.
In the summer of 2020, the Fanta 4 announced that all planned concerts on their anniversary tour would be postponed.
In April 2021 they explained: "Dear troye companions, unfortunately it was to be expected that we would have to postpone our 30-year live tour again due to the ongoing pandemic.
We want to celebrate our anniversary with you - responsibly and without fear.
Because this is not possible to this extent in 2021, the tour will take place in 2022.
The dates are set and the tickets remain valid.”
On May 21, 2022, the "Forever 30 Years Live Tour" will start in Hamburg.
