Jorge Castañeda, former foreign minister of Mexico and CNN contributor, comments on the international controversy that would be caused by the fact that the United States does not invite Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua to the Summit of the Americas, and the reactions of some presidents —such as that of Mexico— of not attending the event in case not all Latin American countries are invited.
