At least two people were killed and 14 others were injured when a small plane crashed in the Brazilian city of Poitova.
Local media quoted the Mayor's Office of the city of Boitova as saying today, "The plane carrying a pilot and skydivers crashed while making an emergency landing after taking off from the National Parachute Center in the city of Boitova, known as the "national capital of skydiving" in Brazil, killing one. Two people and 14 injured were taken to nearby hospitals.”
According to the Brazilian Air Force, experts are conducting an investigation at the crash site to uncover the circumstances and causes of the accident.
