Tensions continue:
An IDF force fired this morning (Friday) at a Palestinian who threw stones at an Israeli vehicle at a bend near Beit El. The Palestinian was moderately injured and was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
The IDF spokesman said that this morning IDF observations identified a suspect throwing a block at an Israeli vehicle and even trying to open the doors of the vehicle, which contained Israeli civilians, near the settlement of Beit El in the area of the Benjamin Territorial Brigade.
An IDF force initiated an arrest procedure for a suspect, which also included shooting at the injured suspect and seeking medical treatment at the hospital. A knife and a bottle of acid were later found on him.

At the same time, IDF activity continued when security forces operated in recent hours throughout the Judea and Samaria Division, arresting two suspects in the village of Kifal Haras and locating weapons during a search for weapons in the city of Hebron.
Meanwhile, ahead of Sheerin Abu Aqel's expected funeral this afternoon, senior police officials said yesterday that "we have information and indications about the intention of certain parties to turn the funeral into an incitement campaign, but we have no intention of allowing it."
The Christian funeral is expected to move from Magen Habonim to Mount Zion in the city.
Police estimate that crowds are expected to attend.
"Our goal is to allow the funeral to be held in a dignified and lawful manner with sensitivity to all the rules," a senior Jerusalem police officer said yesterday, adding, "On the other hand, the police were instructed to show determination in the face of any riots at this funeral."
