The defendant, Au Song Yin (44 years old, engineer), is accused of committing fraud in the district council elections on October 10 and 16, 2019, that is, providing singing performances and calligraphy classes for another person to induce the other person to vote for her.
Liang Guan pointed out in the ruling earlier that when Ou was singing and performing, he placed a pull frame with his portrait on the side. The purpose was to let people know that the performance had her credit, so she was convicted.
Insufficient knowledge of the law to commit crimes
