Syria confirmed that the provision of aid to armed terrorist organizations in northeastern and northwestern Syria by the United States of America and its Western tools is what led to the destruction of Syria's economic potential and the looting of its wealth of cotton, oil, wheat and antiquities.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement that SANA received a copy of today: The Syrian Arab Republic was not surprised by the statement issued by the US State Department on granting a license to carry out economic activities in northeastern and northwestern Syria because successive American administrations were behind the terrorist war that Syria was exposed to ten years ago. years now.

In its statement, the ministry clarified that the allegations contained in the US administration's statement and the US Treasury's allegations are nothing but a continuation of this destructive approach, which contradicts the United States' international commitments in combating terrorism and its commitment to the unity of the land and people of Syria.

The Foreign Ministry and the expatriates pointed out that the fragmentation of Syria was an American and Western goal, but the steadfastness of the Syrian Arab Republic's army, people and leadership led to the failure of this despicable goal.
