The crimes of the Turkish regime on the Syrian lands that it occupies are not by mistake, as they are promoted and claimed, and are not just a coincidence as they claim. Erdogan’s regime does not commit any kind of crimes without prior preparation or planning.
Yesterday, the Turkish regime added another crime to the record of its heavy crimes against the Syrians by taking human lives, as a citizen was martyred by the bullets of the border guards forces of the Erdogan regime near the village of Muslim in the Al-Malikiyah area in the northeastern countryside of Hasaka.
The crime was premeditated, monitored, and in cold blood, when members of the border guards of the Turkish regime fired their guns at a citizen in his thirties while he was in the vicinity of his village on the Tigris River, so he died immediately.
Similar attacks took place in previous years, killing dozens of citizens from Syrian villages and towns near the border with Turkey, shot by forces affiliated with the Erdogan regime, which occupies Syrian lands and supports chaos and systematic sabotage for years.
The forces of the Turkish regime and its mercenaries exercise the most heinous forms of disdain for the lives of civilians, and commit grave violations and war crimes, including premeditated killings, and rabid terrorist attacks that killed and injured hundreds of civilians.
The crimes of the Turkish occupation are documented by international organizations and witnesses who were at the center of the event, including medical workers, rescue workers, civilians, journalists, and workers in the local and international humanitarian field, in addition to videos, medical reports and other documents that provide information and compelling evidence on Indiscriminate and criminal barbaric attacks in residential areas, including attacks on homes, bakeries, and schools, were carried out by the soldiers and mercenaries of the Turkish regime.
Amnesty International has more than once exposed the violations committed by the Turkish regime in northern Syria, which have led to the destruction of the lives of Syrian civilians, living in constant fear of indiscriminate bombing and kidnappings, field killings, and blatant disregard for the lives of civilians.
Erdogan's regime is responsible for all the crimes that happen in the areas it occupies in Syria, no matter how hard the Turkish occupation soldiers and their regime try each time to evade their crimes and grave violations. Turkey cannot evade responsibility by attributing the commission of war crimes to its mercenaries.
The violations and massacres committed by the Turkish regime in the Syrian territories constitute a full-fledged crime of aggression and crimes against humanity, and none of us can forget the heinous bloody massacre committed by the air force and artillery of the Turkish regime’s army in the eighth month of 2016 targeting the villages of Jub al-Kusa and al-Amarna south of the city of Jarablus in the governorate Aleppo was indiscriminately bombarded, which caused a massacre that led to the death of 35 civilians, 20 of them in the village of Jubb al-Kusa and 15 in the village of al-Amarna, in addition to the fall of dozens of Syrian civilians, and causing significant material damage to private and public properties, infrastructure and services in the two villages.
The massacres and violations committed by the Turkish regime represent attacks and crimes condemned by all moral and legal standards, and constitute a full-fledged crime against humanity, whether committed directly by the Turkish regime’s army, or indirectly through its mercenaries. The expulsion of his ancestors, his immediate withdrawal from the lands he occupies, and respect for the sovereignty of Syria and the unity of its land and people.
