The results show that more than 75% of people are dissatisfied with the salary freeze in the past two years.

In terms of salary increase, 35.2% of the respondents expect an increase of 3 to 5%; 27% of the respondents expect an increase of 6 to 7%.

In terms of reasons for expecting a salary increase, 76.9% of people put inflation as the first reason for a salary increase.

In fact, in March this year, all the components of the Composite Price Index increased year-on-year, among which basic food items increased by 7.6% year-on-year.

He mentioned that the basic salary of the senior driver is not far from that of the new driver, which makes it difficult to retain talents. Therefore, KMB and Longyun proposed that KMB and Longyun should set a salary increase point for the monthly salary of employees, which is calculated as a monthly salary increase of 50 yuan. The annual salary can be increased by 1,200 yuan.

He said that he had written to KMB last week and hoped to discuss with the union as soon as possible.

If KMB does not respond, it does not rule out that it will take any form of action.
