The spring festival in Moosburg has opened.
The mayor took the opportunity to give the Minister of State who was present a special order.
Moosburg
– Everything was done with two blows: Moosburg's mayor Josef Dollinger confidently went to his first big tap early on Friday evening, and he kept his word.
After one shot he was almost through, but it took a safety shot and then it was: O'zapft is.
He presented the first mass to his predecessor, former mayor and deputy district administrator Anita Meinelt (“My Mentor”).
After a two-year pandemic break, the 53rd Moosburg Spring Festival was opened in the classic way with a small procession from Herrnstraße to Viehmarktplatz and then the obligatory tour of the fairground.
A number of mayors from the district were there, led by Freising mayor Tobias Eschenbacher.
Head of the State Chancellery Florian Herrmann was given a special task by Mayor Dollinger on his way to work next week.
"Give your boss greetings and tell him that this beautiful town of Moosburg is celebrating its 1250th anniversary with great parties," was Dollinger's message.
Prime Minister Markus Söder is officially invited.

With the autumn show, Moosburg has a second folk festival to offer this year.
Yesterday at the opening it was clear to see how much people long for a return to normality with a few hours of carefree laughing and partying.
In order to be able to satisfy the great longing for these beloved but long-missed traditions, festival host Christian Krämmer and his team will have a lot to do.
But the mayor is not worried.
"Our landlord ensures the family atmosphere at our party," said Josef Dollinger.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
The Moosburg Spring Festival runs until next Wednesday, May 18th.
After yesterday's tapping, the show band "i-düpferl" will be a guest on Saturday, and the celebrations will continue on Sunday with the "Hoglbuachan Sasdndengla".
On Monday there is Club Day, when families can look forward to reduced prices from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
