Our May file on the evolution of prices
Ile-de-France: in Paris, we could soon drop below 10,000 euros
Paris: in the Archives district, a two-speed market
Hauts-de-Seine: in Neuilly, luxury apartments are not experiencing the crisis
Seine-Saint-Denis: prices have jumped in Noisy-le-Sec, but professionals fear "stagnation"
Val-de-Marne: apartment prices are settling in a third of municipalities
Val-d'Oise: in Argenteuil, the city center even attracts Parisians
Essonne: in Montgeron, apartments exceed the bar of 4000 euros per square meter
Yvelines: to the west of Paris, Croissy-sur-Seine is "very discreet and in high demand"
Seine-et-Marne: in Val-d'Europe, students are becoming a target of choice
Oise: the very secret domain of Lys de Lamorlaye prized by Parisians
The population of Val-d'Europe will become even younger in the years to come.
From the start of the 2023 academic year, 2,000 students will invest in a new branch of the Gustave-Eiffel University (UGE) which will be built near the Grand Hôpital de l'Est Ile-de-France in Jossigny (Seine-et-Marne).
This university center will eventually accommodate 10,000 students who will be added to the 1,300 registered at the Ile-de-France Institute of Service Engineering, another UGE branch which opened its doors nearly twenty years ago in municipality of Serris.
A significant figure if we compare it to the projections which count on 60,000 inhabitants within the agglomeration of Val-d'Europe by 2030.
