After a record year 2021 in terms of real estate transactions, the enthusiasm of the French for stone persists at the start of 2022 but comes up against a lack of offers and a tense economic context.
At the same time, we are witnessing a significant increase in prices in medium-sized towns and rural areas, while the phenomenon is intended to be the opposite in the capital and in large cities such as Nantes, Lille or Nice.
In Paris, over the last three months, average prices have fallen by 1.1% to reach 10,170 euros per square meter.
