According to the Observatory's 2-hour rainfall forecast, several heavy rain belts will "kill" from the southwest around 8 p.m., mainly affecting Hong Kong Island, Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mun. The cumulative rainfall in half an hour can exceed 10 mm.
