This scene, which allegedly took place near a car dealership on March 17, on the outskirts of kyiv, shows a group of five soldiers searching the two men before letting them go.
When they leave, two soldiers shoot them in the back.
According to CNN, the Ukrainian Prosecutor's Office is investigating these facts on the basis of war crimes charges.
