Ukrainian authorities accuse Russian forces of firing a tank at a house in a village near Kharkiv, in the east of the country.

Since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, Moscow troops have been accused by Ukraine of multiple abuses and war crimes in the territories they occupied, including the kyiv region, from where they withdrew at the end of March, and from Kharkiv.

This time, the American channel CNN published, Thursday, what it presents as CCTV images showing two Ukrainian civilians shot in the back by Russian soldiers.

This scene, which allegedly took place near a car dealership on March 17, on the outskirts of kyiv, shows a group of five soldiers searching the two men before letting them go.

When they leave, two soldiers shoot them in the back.

According to CNN, the Ukrainian Prosecutor's Office is investigating these facts on the basis of war crimes charges.

Also in the Kharkiv region where heavy fighting has taken place in recent days, the Regional Prosecutor's Office reported on Thursday the exhumation of three corpses of civilians killed on March 27 in the village of Stepanki, then occupied by the forces of Moscow and since returned under kyiv control.

“The Russian military shelled a residential house with a tank.

Two men and a woman were killed,” noted the prosecution, adding that their bodies, buried by neighbors in the courtyard of their house, were exhumed on Wednesday.

The police mentioned four dead, three of whom were exhumed on Wednesday.

She published photographs of a charred house and graves topped with simple crosses made with wooden branches.

"Premeditated Murder"

According to witnesses interviewed by AFP, the six people who lived in the house were drinking tea in the courtyard when a Russian tank approached.

“They started going into the house to hide.

He shot in the door right after.

Four people died, two were injured,” said Olga Karpenko, 52, whose daughter was one of the victims, killed by shrapnel.

An investigation has been opened for "violation of the laws and customs of war" and "premeditated murder", according to the Ukrainian prosecutor's office.

In addition, accusations of war crimes are also piling up against the Russian army in Ukraine, in particular the forced displacement of thousands of people into "filtration camps".

The United States has accused the Russian army of forcibly transferring “several thousand” Ukrainians to these camps, subjecting them to “brutal” treatment.

In addition, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky again denounced Thursday evening the attack on schools by the Russians in the Cherniguiv region.

All these acts by the Russian army will be the subject of investigations, in particular by the special commission of the UN Human Rights Council which received the green light on Thursday, the International Criminal Court and the authorities Ukrainians.
