Britney Spears tonight (Saturday) shared the followers on her Instagram account that she had an abortion.
"We lost our baby in early pregnancy. This is the hardest thing for any parent. We may have had to wait with telling the whole world about the pregnancy, but we were too excited to share the good news. Our love for each other is our strength," Spears wrote.

Recall that about two weeks ago, Spears posted another post about pregnancy.
"I'm afraid to bring a child into this world," she admitted, "especially in America, where they made four documentaries about me without me taking part in them that told my story."
A few days after the announcement of the pregnancy, Spears announced to the disappointment of her fans that she was taking a decade-long break from the entertainment industry, during which she would not record new music or perform.
