The extension of Admiralty Station also features a new station artwork titled "Leading Forward".

Created by American artist Talley Fisher, the concept is derived from the MTR line map. The color of the suspended sculpture is based on the representative colors of the four existing railway lines that intersect at Admiralty Station, symbolizing the convergence of the four lines at the station.
