The Fatah movement affirmed that the Palestinian people, after 74 years of their catastrophe in 1948, are more committed to their right to return to their homes that were abandoned by the Israeli occupation and will continue the struggle to restore their full rights, foremost among which is the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Wafa Agency quoted the movement as saying in a statement today, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the Nakba, which falls on the fifteenth of May: “The crime of ethnic cleansing committed by the Zionist gangs during 1948, which is the most terrible in contemporary human history, will not be subject to a statute of limitations, and the Palestinians will not give up their right to be held accountable.” The Israeli war criminals who hide behind international silence and the policy of double standards.”

Fatah drew attention to the importance of ending the division and achieving national unity in the face of the Israeli occupation and its Judaization schemes.
