With the participation of 80 boys and girls who represented a number of clubs, the Football Association held today a football festival on the grounds of Al-Jalaa Stadium in Damascus, coinciding with the Asian Day of Al-Baraem.
The festival included performances in football skills that the young participants carried out individually, relying on their talents such as dribbling and dribbling the ball. They also played matches in several groups.
Director of the Al-Baraem Department of the Football Association, Rahaf Karroum, said in a statement to SANA: “The festival had good participation, and it is an opportunity for young players and players to practice football in a carnival atmosphere, the aim of which is to activate these talents that herald a good future for Syrian football, adding that the festival is a unified event on a continental level. Krum indicated that the Al-Baraem category receives a lot of attention as it is the basis of the national teams in the coming years, as the federation is working to organize events and competitions that will develop the level of football talents.
A number of male and female players expressed their happiness to participate in this festival, as it opened the way for them to show their technical skills to the experience of the game, expressing their willingness to participate in all the events that the Federation will hold later, wishing at the same time that they achieve their ambition to join the national team in the coming years and represent it well. in international forums.
