His forecast for Germany and Malik Harris is less rosy.

Turin – The time has finally come: the finale of the 66th Eurovision Song Contest 2022 (here all ESC news on the topic page) will take place in Turin tonight at 9 p.m.

40 countries competed, 25 of them made it to the final.

Germany is in the final, but nobody really expects a high placement.

Ex-ESC participant Nino de Angelo also expects a smack for Malik Harris.

Ukraine wins, Germany last: Nino de Angelo gives his ESC 2022 forecast

"Here is my prognosis for the ESC" Nino de Angelo greets his fans.

The hit star achieved 14th place for Germany in 1889 with the song "Flieger" for Germany at the ESC (The grand finale of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 on TV and live stream).

So he knows what he's talking about.

“It is obvious that Ukraine wins - so first.

Last: Germany.

Second or third will be Italy.

Poland could also be second or third," the pop singer said.

"I know I always make myself unpopular when it comes to Germany, but that's how I would guess," laughs Nino de Angelo self-deprecatingly.

"That's my prognosis.

A tip from a professional,” the pop singer says goodbye to his fans.

Ukraine wins, Germany at the bottom?

With that, Nino de Angelo agrees with experts and bookmakers.

ESC 2022 in Turin: Bad forecasts don't bother Malik Harris

The Ukraine is traded as a big favorite.

Malik Harris and his song "Rockstars", on the other hand, are not predicted to have a good chance of being placed high.

The German ESC participants (all candidates of the Eurovision Song Contest in Turin on May 14th) don't seem to mind, he even wants a win for Ukraine, as he reveals in various interviews.

We'll find out tonight at the latest how Malik is doing and whether Ukraine will really win.

The starting order for the ESC 2022 can be found here - and of course, as usual, the points card as a PDF download for printing.
