Three demonstrators were arrested today (Sunday) at Tel Aviv University, after protesters and police allegedly attacked protesters in Antin Square, on the west side of the university, during the Nakba Day protest.
The three protesters arrested are from Arab society.
Protesters from both sides, both activists and students, crossed the fence that separated them and confronted each other.
Police said the suspects violated the order at the scene, and that the circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
"The police will allow the freedom of protest but will not allow a breach of public order in the place," they added.

Arab students approached him from the movement's operators holding the Israeli flag and tried to push it.
When more activists joined him, they were punched.
