The branch of the Syrian Grain Corporation in Raqqa has equipped three centers to receive wheat from farmers for the year 2022.
The director of the Foundation’s branch, Abdul-Karim Al-Jassem, stated in a statement to SANA reporter that the Ma’dan and Al-Sabkha centers in the eastern countryside have been equipped and the Suway’a Debsi Afnan center in the western countryside, pointing out that the Foundation has taken all measures to receive the wheat, including preparing the open yards to receive the mixed grain, preparing laboratories, forming specialized committees and selling bags. For farmers to mobilize their produce.
It is noteworthy that the area planted with wheat in the entire liberated countryside of Raqqa is 16,500 hectares.
