Daraa-Sana
The fire brigade in Daraa governorate put out five fires in several locations in the city.
The commander of the fire brigade, Colonel Muhammad al-Mahamid, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the fires that broke out yesterday were distributed among dry grasses and trees near the martyrs’ building, in Bab al-Hara garden, and a basement containing furniture in the airport neighborhood, olive trees in the prison neighborhood of Daraa al-Balad, and garbage and containers in al-Kashef neighborhood.
Al-Mahamid indicated that the damage was limited to material, noting that the regiment's members put out the fires with the required speed.
